Kelly Marble is the Founder and CEO of Ocean AI, an edtech company and creative studio advancing applied AI adoption across corporate, civic, and creative ecosystems. Through Ocean AI and its creative arm, CodeWater Studio, she builds programs that integrate AI into workforce systems, business operations, and cultural production.

Kelly has led high-impact initiatives at Google, Microsoft, and NSBE. At Google, she spearheaded the development of a multi-year, multi-million-dollar Impact Fund expanding technical pathways for Black- and Brown-led organizations through non-dilutive funding and structured support. At Microsoft, she trained thousands of professionals on digital transformation across enterprise, nonprofit, and education sectors.

Through Ocean AI, Kelly architects national workforce initiatives, executive trainings, and ecosystem activations. Her work includes co-creating Black LA Tech Week, the largest Black tech conference in Los Angeles, supporting 3,500+ entrepreneurs and professionals, and reaching more than 20,000 members through partnerships with SBA Women’s Business Centers, Intuit IDEAS, Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, NSBE, ForbesBLK, and Chase.

CodeWater Studio extends this work into generative design, immersive systems, and AI-enabled creative production. The studio’s projects have been showcased at the Augmented World Expo and implemented across music, media, and institutional environments integrating AI into modern storytelling.

Kelly serves on the executive board of NSBE’s Los Angeles Professionals Chapter as Professional Development Chair and leads digital strategy as Marketing Chair of the LA Opera League. She holds certifications in AI and Agile from Georgia Tech and Microsoft.

Her objective is to equip 10,000 businesses with responsible AI fluency and implementation capacity by 2030.
